We're Open for Our 32nd Season!

It's been 5 months since we last served a scoop of ice cream and we're ready to start again!

We're set to open with your favorite flavors: Nicollet Pothole, Oreo, Raspberry Chocolate Chip and more from Sebastian Joe's as well as the classic Superman, Cookie Dough, and Cookie Monster.

We are also debuting many~new~ flavors throughout the summer - Dump Truck, Churro, Pub Crawl, Stargazer, Sea Salt Caramel Custard, Cocoa Craze, Deep Space, Tortoise and the Fair, Tractor Tracks ... What do they taste like? You'll have to find out. But we promise you this: they are incredible.

"2025 is going to be a fun year," Scoops owner Mark Wavinak said, "Even after 29 years, we are always ecstatic about opening each spring and seeing all of the fun happen throughout the spring and summer."

What else can you expect for 2025 at Scoops?

"Cone with a Cop" in June 9, July 15 , and August 19 (1:00-2:30, free ice cream and prizes!)

Pixie Dust Party in August (date tbd) 2:00-4:00. Anna and Elsa will be at Scoops for photo opportunities and maybe a story read by one of them.

There will also be more summertime events and celebrations, more new flavors (of course), and a few additional surprises along the way.

Scoops will open our season of serving ice cream in the Twin Cities on Friday, March 14th at 3:30 pm. We will continue with our Spring Hours through Memorial Day weekend: 3:30pm -9:00pm Monday - Friday; 12:00pm - 9:00pm on Saturdays, and 12:00pm-9:00pm on Sundays.

Our summer hours are noon - 9:30 daily.
