Scoops will be hosting "Cone with a Cop" for our third year with the Bloomington Police Department. They will be June 4th, July 16, and August 20th, all 1:00-2:30. Free ice cream for all kids under 16 and many prizes given out by both the Police officers and Scoops. This has been one of our favorite events of the summer and is well attended. Mark your calendars so you don't miss out! See you then!
